Want a modern fantasy site where you get to do your own thing? FMRP has you covered! On FM, the players are the focus of their own story: we give you the setting (a fictional resort town in modern day Alaska) and a background main plot, and you get to decide the rest!
We have loosely structured lore with a multitude of species to choose from, ranging from favorites like Mages, Shifters, Werebeasts, and Vampires to more unique species like Merfolk, Dragons, and Unicorns. We also have a Human twist: play a Human, and you have the choice to turn that Human into any species we offer to play, whenever you like!
We have no restrictions on character creation such as caps or bans, and no activity checks. We have NO word count on anything - not on apps, and especially not on posts. We don't have a store or a point system; nothing is locked behind a post wall. We have site events throughout the year that are 100% optional to participate in.
Want to be extra involved in all the things? We've got lots of things to be involved in! Want to just sit in your corner with your friends and play out a particular plot? You can do that too!
